THE ANATOMY OF ORDERING AN ORIGINAL BAG

Free creative and design: We'll start by familiarizing ourselves with your needs (project, event, budget, target audience, etc.) and budget for any upcoming event or promotion then guide you toward the most suitable and effective bag product. Our in-house artist is available to prepare different visual options for your consideration, at no charge.

No obligation quotes: Once a bag design and decorating options are determined, we'll be happy to provide exact pricing based on your quantity range. Our price quotes are all inclusive: decorating, pre-production samples, duty, brokerage, exchange, ocean transport, all miscellaneous landing costs and delivery to your door. Only tax is extra.

Decorating Options: Screenprinting (spot colours or 4 colour process); direct embroidery, embroidered sew-on patches, embossed PVC (rubber) patches, embossed metal appliques. These decorating options combined with your choice of colour combinations, materials, zippers, straps, hardware, handles, pockets, media ports, etc., will truly provide you with an "Original Bag!"

Free Spec Samples: Upon receipt of your intent to purchase a specific bag and required artwork, we will make and decorate a sample and fly it in for you free of charge. If the 1st sample requires tweeking, the 2nd sample will also be presented at no charge.

Artwork: Camera ready artwork is required in vector EPS or AI. If any copy or extra images need to be added to your logo to complete the look of your bag, our artist can create a new file for you, as part of our service. New artwork designs will be subject to a charge of $55.00 per hour.

Low Minimums: Minimums are lower than ever! Depending on the design, minimums vary from as low as 300 to 2000 units. Example: A very low cost item such as a simple unlined tote bag may require a 1500 to 2000 minimum, whereas a nice backpack with lots of features would fall into the 300 minimum category.

Lead times: From start to finish, to design a new bag, ship by ocean and ground deliver to your door, please allow 12 to 14 weeks. For repeat orders: 9 to 11 weeks.

Rush Orders: There are many ways to shorten your offshore lead time, should a rush situation
present itself, we will advise you of your various options. We are experts at logistics and making things happen in a timely fashion!

Offshore Terms: Due to the personalized nature of our business, and as we front monies on behalf of all our clients, we require a 50% deposit upon approval of pre-production samples. A Proforma invoice will accompany your sample to initiate the issuance of the deposit. Balances are due at Net 15 days after satisfactory delivery of merchandise. Special terms can be arranged, however, this may affect overall pricing.
